The food was really good. The outdoor seating needs some work, since a downpour can make things chaotic. Apart from that, everything was great.

You can hear the river throughout your stay, and the walk to Florida, 1.5 km away, is pleasant. The place is incredible, with birds in the morning and, if you’re lucky, howler monkeys too. There are two spacious, comfortable bathrooms. I’ll be back.

There’s a little café by the river, with green scenery all around and lots of plant and animal life. It feels like a real paradise. The place is rustic and often chilly, so bring a jacket, but the excellent food and service make it well worth it.
