The host, Diego, was super nice and eager to help. When I had problems with the airline companies, he promptly acted as an intermediary and guided me on what to do. He was also happy to help with breakfast food for any intolerances. The room and location were pretty good too. The place was clean and literally just a few steps from Filandia's main square.

It’s a small, modern place that feels new, and it was very clean. The area is quiet but an easy walk from the central plaza and almost every attraction. Breakfast was great, and everyone was friendly and helpful. There’s a school out front, so you’ll see kids being dropped off in the morning, which gives the area a lively local feel. I’d definitely stay again.

The place is very clean, nice, and close to the center. I didn’t like that the windows open indoors, something I’ve seen in other hotels in Colombia, and I hadn’t noticed it when booking. The hotel staff were nice about moving me to a bigger room, but the windows still bothered me. If they’re a concern for you too, book a room with a balcony.

The place is modern, new, and really clean, and the people working there were friendly and helpful. It's an easy walk to the central plaza, but the area stays quieter. Breakfast was great too.
