The gym and indoor swimming pool were especially useful on rainy days. I stayed at Andinos Plaza for two weeks and was impressed by the high standard of the facilities and service. The staff were professional, friendly, and helpful, and lunch and dinner had a good variety of straightforward food. A top-class hotel for this region, highly recommended.

I had a clean room with a nice city view, free parking, and extra hotel amenities. The breakfast was good, and the staff were respectful and provided great service. But I had no hot water for my entire stay. I called the lobby more than 6 times and was told it would be fixed, but it never was. I ended up taking cold showers a few times, which I really didn't enjoy. Guests need to be able to count on hot water if the hotel wants them to be happy and come back.

The room was very large, tidy, and well cleaned, with all the bathroom amenities ready. The TV, air conditioning, and minibar all worked, and the internet held up even through heavy rain on some days. I barely used the pool or gym. During heavy rain at night, the power generator kicked in very quickly. Throughout my stay, the front desk, housekeeping, and restaurant staff responded quickly whenever I had a request or an issue, and were eager to help. Thanks to everyone at Andinos Plaza for taking care of me.

The people here are caring and helpful, especially if, like me, you don't speak Spanish very well. Service at the hotel is excellent.

It's really loud, and the area isn't nice at all. For what a stay in Florencia costs, this really isn't the best hotel. Do yourself a favor and avoid the whole city. 👍
