I was traveling alone from Israel, and when I got sick one night, they looked after me like family. I definitely recommend this hotel, so don't hesitate to stay here.

The place has a lot of charm, feels modern, and housekeeping comes every day. It's clean and in a good location, and the owner and staff are friendly. Ask them anything about the coffee region and they'll share plenty of information. The room was basic, though. Check whether yours has its own toilet and shower, because some don't, even though all the rooms cost the same. We didn't like having to leave our room when we needed the bathroom urgently.

The neighborhood gave me some reservations, but I do recommend the hotel. As long as you don't bother anyone, nothing bad will happen to you. Inside, it's clean, welcoming, and well kept, with good facilities, parking, and very reasonable prices. The service was very friendly. Thanks for taking such good care of us.

The shower water was ice cold and there was no ventilation. We got there late after work, then spent half an hour outside ringing and calling before anyone let us in. Easily the worst hotel I've stayed at. I've added a photo to finish things off. Awful experience.
