The hotel is beautiful, with well-appointed rooms and courteous staff. Its location gives you the convenience of being central during the day, though downtown at night is another matter. You probably don't want to walk around late at night. That's just the reality of downtown Pereira, or any large city, not the hotel's fault. Victoria mall is a block away, with an Oxxo convenience store and a KFC across the street. The city's Central Park is a block or two away.

It's a very good hotel, with excellent service and friendly staff. It has everything you need. The location is the main drawback. For a work trip it's perfect, but if you're visiting as a tourist, don't expect to walk around much. Downtown Pereira feels unpleasant and doesn't seem very safe.
