Some rooms are in poor condition and aren't comfortable, and the staff don't properly deal with guests' complaints or concerns. The bars and nightclubs in the area make it impossible to rest, especially on the first floor. The club noise is deafening, and there's also disruption from guests who seem to be passing through or staying only briefly. There was no peace and quiet.

The room was pretty average, with a very damp ceiling, and the parking lot was already full. The service, though, was EXCELLENT. The guy who helped us last night was extremely friendly and went out of his way for us. Everything else was very average.

The staff were all very friendly, but the room was neglected and dusty, like it hadn't been used in a long time. The shower stall and fixtures were worn and in poor shape, and the toilet and sink were just ordinary. With bars and nightclubs nearby, noise makes it hard to get a good night's sleep, so this isn't a place for relaxing.

I spent 12 days there and didn't run into any problems.

The bed was comfortable, but that was about the only plus. For the price, the place doesn't offer much. The air conditioning kept needing to be switched off and on every 15 minutes to work. There was no hot water or cable TV, and the hygiene was poor, with drawers full of trash. Disappointing.
