There are several room options to choose from, and the breakfast was good. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the location was fantastic. Definitely recommend!

The soundproofing between rooms could be better, though it wasn’t a problem for us since our suite faced the indoor "plaza". If you’re a bit claustrophobic, I’d suggest choosing a suite. The standard rooms tend to have windows looking onto hallways, which can feel a little odd. That’s a design feature of buildings in this city. It’s a gorgeous little hotel, built to fit Villa de Leyva’s charming colonial style.

The staff and service were the best part, very attentive and kind. The rooms are good, but the listing said they were soundproofed, and that wasn’t true. You can hear the outside noise early in the morning, so it’s not a convenient choice if you need to rest.
