The terrace was a nice place to unwind with family, with a couple of kitchens and several tables. We also found the facilities pleasant, and the service was friendly and attentive whenever we needed something.

We drove three and a half hours from Bogotá to Girardot with the kids, only to find out our 9:30 AM booking had been given to someone else. We had called to confirm, but nobody contacted us before renting out the room. The receptionist was rude and brushed us off, saying it was our problem. Their service was awful, and their irresponsible, unprofessional treatment ruined our trip. I can't recommend this place.

Cheap, nice, and good. Those are the three things this hotel has going for it.

We had a kitchen, smart TV, Wi-Fi, pool, jacuzzi, and comfortable facilities. Mr. Guillermo's service was excellent, and there are restaurants, ATMs, shops, and delivery options nearby.

The rooms stay cool and are comfortable, and the place looks lovely. Everyone on staff was really friendly and easy to reach, both in person and through social media.
