Everyone was so kind, and the resort itself is stunning. Its location is perfect, and the mix of comfort, luxury, and peace really worked for me. Highly recommend!

The house and the staff are absolutely amazing. Such a nice location too!

The rooms are really beautiful, but the service was a major issue. There’s no real room service, so you arrive and have to do everything yourself. After 11:30 pm, they turn everything off in the shared area, which makes it feel like you’re being sent to bed. Breakfast runs from 9 am - 10 am, and if you come after that, they leave the food out for you whether you’re at the table or not. In the weather, it gets cold and attracts flies. Those details made the stay pretty annoying. The menu is also very limited, though that seems to be a bad habit at many hotels and cabins in Antioquia.

The manager, Francisco, was incredibly attentive and ready to help with anything we needed. The hotel’s view is wonderful too, and the spaces are really pleasant. A 10/10 stay.
