The location made getting around easy, with main roads, restaurants, and shops close by, and the staff were kind and attentive. Breakfast was tasty, varied, and nicely laid out. I spent three nights there. The room was clean and organized, but the gap between the bed and closet was so narrow that moving around felt awkward. The bathroom was small too, though spotless and with reliably hot water. I may be comparing it with the larger rooms I’m used to in the United States, but a little more space would have made it easier to relax. Still, it’s a lovely hotel with very good service.

The location is great, and the place is nice in other ways. But if you need to work in your room, look somewhere else. The internet feels like it’s from the stone age. I’ve never had such bad internet in a city hotel in Colombia.

Getting the reservation sorted online was frustrating. I couldn’t make changes digitally, so I ended up booking two separate stays at different rates. The room had no scenic view, which was disappointing, and both it and the bathroom felt cramped. Breakfast was fine, just not especially memorable.

There are plenty of shops, restaurants, and bars nearby, and the front desk and housekeeping service were good. The continental breakfast was fine, as were lunch and dinner. The rooms are tiny, though, and the shower is small too. You can choose one queen bed or two twins, but the twin beds are packed very close together. I think “Eco” means economy. It has the basics, a bit like a Motel 6.

Right in a central spot near malls and restaurants, so it’s convenient. The rooms are very small, and rain makes them quite noisy.
