The breakfast is good, and we’ve stayed here several times. The staff are all helpful, especially Tatiana at reception. The location is very central, which makes it easy to get around, though nearby businesses can be noisy at night. The terrace restaurant’s menu is delicious, but our wings took a long time to arrive and weren’t hot. We also have a few suggestions: please provide a bath mat or towel outside the shower, and put the rest of the shower enclosure inside the shower instead of using the plastic curtain. We love pets, but I’d suggest keeping them out of the terrace restaurant. Everything else was fine. Thanks to the whole team, see you soon!

The cabin is cozy, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, a lovely place to read, unwind, or watch the sunset with a coffee. Cabaña El Refugio is surrounded by nature and has spectacular mountain views, so it’s easy to disconnect from the world and reconnect with yourself. The service was excellent, and you can feel the care and dedication that go into this place. Spending a few days here was magical. I’d love to return and wholeheartedly recommend it.
