We had a really enjoyable stay, and the setting was lovely. A few things let it down for me: the jacuzzi wouldn't heat up, the pool wasn't working on Sunday, and our dome had no WiFi. Cell reception was limited too, so staying connected was difficult. Little things like soap in the bathroom and better coffee at breakfast would help. Fix those details and it could easily be a 5-star visit.

The guest service is good, and the place is generally nice, but the glamping domes were really uncomfortable. The layout is awkward, and with full afternoon sun and no air conditioning they turn into saunas. The regular rooms don't have hooks or racks for towels and clothes. Cleaning wasn't up to scratch either. The food was extremely expensive and very poor quality. For what it offers, this is a very expensive hotel.

La Colina Resort was peaceful, surrounded by nature, and just right for switching off for a while. The facilities were very well maintained, and the service was excellent. I had a great experience and would definitely return. Highly recommend it.

There were three of us, and I paid $1,470,000 for one night in a cabin with a jacuzzi. The sofa bed was uncomfortable, and the layout was awkward, with the TV off to one side. There was hair in the bathroom, the closet was filled with decorative items, and we had nowhere to put our clothes. I had to ask for sheets and towels. There was no air conditioning, and if you left it on, mosquitoes filled the room. The food was mediocre and overpriced. The staff were very friendly, but extremely slow whenever we asked for anything. This isn't a resort, just an expensive hotel like any other. A real resort gives you a truly wonderful experience with excellent standards. Don't be fooled.
