I was there with my dad in December 2024, and loved it. I’m definitely team cold, I love cold weather ❤️❤️❤️. The service was great, the breakfast was delicious, and I highly recommend the place.

The welcome we got the night before was very kind, and breakfast was really good. The woman who made it was especially lovely. Both of them could teach the receptionist a thing or two about humility. We had been told there would be hot water, but neither of the two rooms we booked had any. At 10:00 AM, having no hot water in both rooms isn’t normal. The hotel should take responsibility for that. When we mentioned it, the receptionist said we should have told her, literally, “that's what phones are for.” She was rude and blamed us instead of apologizing. The rooms also don’t look modern in person, even though the photos make the place seem that way. And if you’re near the pool, there’s a noise that could bother people who have trouble sleeping.

It’s a beautiful hotel with a pool and spa, and the service was excellent. I’d definitely recommend it.

The accommodation is really pleasant, and the spa area is included in the price and very affordable. There’s also a Turkish sauna and an ice-cold pool. They make delicious trout for $10, and it costs about $35 per person. Such a lovely place, with great service.
