We spent a week here and had a great time. It's near everything, the rooms are clean, and the owner was really friendly. We couldn't fit in a proper jungle tour with Alejandro, so we'll do that next time. Thanks for a lovely stay!

The shower was broken, so we had to use the one in another room. Then, around 4 in the morning, the service staff changed shifts and kept making noise for over an hour. They even got the dogs barking.

The room itself was decent, with four single beds and a pretty powerful fan, but I gave the place two stars because it seems so poorly managed despite its potential. The Wi-Fi was practically unusable, and only worked in a few spots by reception. The pool had sludge on the bottom. I asked the owner to vacuum it, but he didn't seem to care about my request. The place needs a lot of work, so I wouldn't recommend it. The morning receptionist was the one bright spot, she was a sweetheart.

It's the cheapest hotel you can find in Leticia, and it's pretty good apart from the manager, whose customer service is awful.

The staff started drinking at 2 AM and kept us from sleeping. On top of that, the shower was broken and the toilet was clogged. I wouldn't recommend it.
