Hotel Imperial

The rooms are cozy and clean, and after a long stay I really felt at home. The good prices and wonderful staff are a big part of why I keep coming back. The receptionists and everyone else treated me like family, especially Neider, Rafaela, Mr. Junior, and the cafeteria lady, whose arepas are delicious. They're kind, respectful, honest, and there for you. Thank you for all the care and attention, and blessings to everyone. My one small complaint is breakfast. The arepas are great, but there should be more choices for guests staying longer than three days. The TVs in the rooms also need replacing.

Guest needs didn't get much attention. They couldn't print anything for me and didn't even offer an iron. The small dining room served breakfast late, and service was only available for two hours a day. The rooms also had poor ventilation and lighting.

I had booked four days, but on day one they made me leave, saying every room was reserved. Nobody had told me that beforehand. Irresponsible and shameless, and I wouldn't recommend them. They took advantage of the situation.

The room service was 10/10, the beds were comfortable, and everything was impeccably clean. Parking gets 9/10, while the cafeteria service was a very poor 6/10. Reception was 5/5. Congratulations to Mrs. Rafaela and Mr. Neider for their charisma and excellent service.
