It was clean, easy to get to several places of interest, and good value for the price. The service was good, too.

My wife and I had a bad night, and I hope the owners make improvements so future guests don't go through the same thing. Room #208 was right beside the main dining room, so there was no privacy and guests used the dining room late into the night. Its window let in all the noise, and there were no signs asking people to keep quiet for those trying to rest. The bathroom vent opened into the dining room, which was unpleasant, especially if odors drifted in there. Despite those issues, I did appreciate the attention to detail and the location. The hotel says it has parking, but it was really just two spaces on the street. The hot shower didn't work properly, noise carried into the rooms, and the laundry service was very poor. Drunk people were allowed to do whatever they wanted at night, and other guests were allowed to carry on partying in the living room as if it were their own home. The quality didn't match the price at all. We paid 1,700,000 for 3 nights and two rooms and got very little for that money. Thank you for your response. I want to address what happened. Please review the security camera footage before making unfounded accusations about your guests. Neither my family nor I drank alcohol. We arrived around 7:30 p.m. with bottled water and went quietly to our rooms. We called reception numerous times, but no solution was offered, and the noise kept guests from resting until 3:00 a.m. It's regrettable that the establishment chose to slander its customers instead of admitting its mistakes and sincerely apologizing for its poor service. I won't delete these messages, despite what you claim, if that's what you expect. I also want to remind you that I have every right to take legal action for defamation.
