The common areas felt peaceful, and my room was spotless and very comfortable. Staff were attentive and professional from check-in onward. I'd recommend this place for a restful stay, a good location, and service that makes a real difference.

The room was just okay, and the bathroom wasn't inside it. They say parking is available, but you have to leave your vehicle on the sidewalk outside the hotel. For what's offered, and compared with other hotels in the area, it's expensive.

The service was really good.

It's in a very central, convenient spot, and the hotel itself was clean, tidy, and comfortable. The outdoor parking was monitored around the clock, and the managers were attentive. But they tried to charge us extra money that they should have paid to Booking.com. We had to file a complaint with Booking.com and Ayenda to get them to explain the mistake, since several other guests were also being charged extra.
