AC - House Laureles - Self Checking

The rooms have no soundproofing at all. I could hear people in their rooms, loud music, and TVs blaring. At 5am, the doorbell kept ringing nonstop and woke me up. Someone next door also had a cat that was always making noise. There was hot water for maybe a minute in the shower. Check-in was a nightmare too: the woman couldn't use a translator and kept speaking Spanish as if I would suddenly understand. Someone kept knocking on my door as well. I answered the first time but got no response, so later I didn't answer, to see if they would try to open the door.

The service is excellent, and groceries, restaurants, pharmacies, and other essentials are just around the corner. Floresta metro station is fairly close, too. It's a nice place to relax in the Colores sector, near the edge of Laureles and the military brigade. There's a gym nearby that plays music, but even with that, you sleep wonderfully, especially when it's raining. I recommend it 100%.

My parents stayed for three days, and even though there was a small issue and misunderstanding, the staff sorted it out quickly and made them feel welcome. The location is excellent, close to the stadium and the subway, and the area is safe. Communication through WhatsApp is very fast, the price is good, and everyone is friendly. I highly recommend it.
