I came back for a second visit because the owner had provided excellent service the first time. This time, when I was ready to pay, the server brought over the card terminal without showing me a bill. I was tired and paid without checking the total, then asked for a receipt and was told they couldn't provide one. I later noticed the charge was higher than I remembered from the menu.
The staff were kind and helpful, and I enjoyed the breakfast. My room felt less comfortable because it was small, had no window, and lacked both a wardrobe and hooks. There was some noise in the evening and again early in the morning.
I really liked staying here. It was quiet, safe, and comfortable, with a great location that made it easy to get to Medellin's key places. Breakfast was super good, and the staff were really nice and patient. Good value for the money.
The rooms felt modern and comfortable, and the included breakfast was both tasty and filling. We spent a week here and enjoyed it enough that we'd definitely stay again. There are lots of restaurants nearby, and Exito supermarket is about a 10 minute walk away.
Our room was small but good, and the shower was warm. The breakfast was good too. We faced the street, so there was some noise in the morning and evening, though it was surprisingly quiet overnight.
