Alori 15;3

The hosts were attentive and quick to handle anything we asked for. They brought fresh linens and towels right away, and communication was smooth throughout. My father had just had surgery, and they made a real effort to help us feel comfortable and supported. We had a wonderful stay at Alori 15.3: the place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We appreciated the hospitality and would definitely return.

The units are spacious, with good hot water and up-to-date appliances. Staff were helpful, and since many people in Medellín are learning English, we met in the middle with a bit of Spanglish and got along fine. My only complaints are that there's no dryer and it's pretty noisy. I had a great experience here.

We spent ten days at Alori while adopting our son, and couldn't have asked for a better stay. The staff were kind and helpful to all of us, especially our boy, who bonded with two of them in particular. It's a wonderful neighborhood for walking, conveniently close to restaurants and grocery stores. Everything was comfortable and easy, and when we come back to Medellín, I wouldn't stay anywhere else.

We first stayed here for three weeks in January, then came back for another week in February after traveling around Colombia. The building is beautiful, super clean, and has professional staff. I worked full time there and the Wi-Fi was fast. The shared jacuzzi was clean, really hot, and lovely; you need to book it, as with the gym, but I liked having it to myself. The place feels very safe, on a peaceful street and within walking distance of lots of restaurants. Juan, thanks for the quick replies and friendly service. We'll be back!
