The location was perfect and breakfast was good. I stayed three nights, and on December 3 / 2025, the receptionist let me check in early because my room was ready. I’ve forgotten her name. When you have a visitor and they leave, the hotel calls your room to make sure you’re safe. I’ll always stay here and recommend it to anyone.

Daniel made a real difference during our stay. He was pleasant and helpful, and smoothed things out for us from beginning to end. The Art Hotel felt safe and well run, with a clean room and comfortable bed. We had a great stay and highly recommend it.

The breakfast was great, and the beds were comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful too. There’s a good bar, though the hotel only serves breakfast and doesn’t have a restaurant. There’s no gym on-site, but one is close by. A wonderful hotel, and I’ll stay here again.

I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back. The hotel is nice, the service is great, and the coffee is super tasty. The staff were very friendly, especially Valentina, who helped me out and was so kind.

For the location, I’d pay no more than $20 USD to stay here. The hotel feels like a 2 star, with basic rooms and showers that splash water everywhere. Breakfast was crappy, especially for the $55000 COP I paid. They’re very strict about check-in and checkout times, and guests aren’t allowed.
