The staff are very, very nice, and the location is good. But Magnolia, the owner, needs to learn a lot about customer service. The sheets are really worn. I won't recommend the place or come back.

It's right in the city center, and the rooms have good air conditioning, a fan, and clean bathrooms. The facilities are run down and cleanliness is only acceptable, with plenty of room to improve. They don't provide breakfast, and the price feels high for the condition of the place. Booking.com showed a room as available when it wasn't physically available. They struggled to manage the account, though they did resolve the problem for me.
