The staff made the biggest difference for me. I speak very little Spanish, but they were always ready to help, kept the good vibes going, and made my trip so much easier. They were lovely and helpful from start to finish, and I honestly felt like I was leaving family behind when I went home. When a friend sadly passed away while I was away from London, they helped me through a hard time, and I’ll always appreciate that. They were there whenever I needed something, and my room was always cleaned. God bless the team. I hope to see them again, and I’ll definitely recommend the hotel and stay again someday. The room was perfect, with no issues during my stay, and breakfast was fresh every day and tasted amazing. The location worked really well too, with the airport, mall, and food shops around me, and El poblado just a short drive away for nightlife. I spent a lot of time at the hotel and had a brilliant experience with the room, service, staff, and location. The bad reviews are very incorrect.

Owner Diana was friendly and very helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with good beds. It’s within walking distance of Terminal del sur, which is handy if you need to stay overnight between two bus rides.

The room itself was clean and nice, and the younger woman working there was kind and helpful. But the older woman was the rudest hotel worker I’ve ever met while traveling. My Spanish isn’t perfect, and she rudely told me I didn’t understand anything and didn’t speak Spanish. I honestly wanted to leave before checking in. The hotel is fine, but someone should teach her how to treat guests.
