Botánica Manila by HOUSY HOST

I had to move from another place and ended up staying in 2 separate rooms here. When I arrived after midnight, the staff were extremely helpful in finding a last minute solution. Everyone was friendly, professional, and ready to go above and beyond. Thanks to the whole team for the warm smiles and care. The location is perfect, just a few minutes’ walk from the heart of the city, and the price is hard to beat for the service and quality. The beds were comfortable, and the bathroom and shower were very clean, with hot water and good pressure. The price is great for the location and service. You won’t regret staying here.

I was glad I chose a room with a balcony. It brought in natural light, unlike the interior window facing the hallway. There isn’t much sound insulation in any direction, but even as a very light sleeper, I found it quiet enough at night. The bed, pillows and linens were really comfortable, and the shower pressure was amazing. I really enjoyed my stay, and the staff were welcoming and friendly at any hour.

Vanessa was fantastic, and the place was clean, organized, and in a perfect spot for seeing the city, with restaurants nearby. I stayed 3 nights in this quaint boutique property and had a great room, comfortable bed and hot showers. The late night noise from the male employees at reception was unpleasant. They talked, took cell phone calls and played video audio, even though my room was only a few meters down the hall. Still, I recommend the place.

The room was lovely and clean, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great spot in El Poblado, close to shops and restaurants. I’d definitely stay again. Thank you 🙏🏻🤍🌞
