Monica is attentive and responsible. If something comes up, tell her what you need, and she'll do what she can to help and make you comfortable. The location is really good, close to lots of things, yet very quiet, which suited me as a nomad. The Wi-Fi was very good too. I was more than happy with the customer service and had no complaints about the department.

Monica was available whenever I had questions or needed something. She showed the care, communication, and cleanliness that matter most in hospitality, and I'll stay at George House again when I'm back in Medellín. It's in a perfect part of Laureles, with classic restaurants, bars, and cafes nearby. Public transport is an easy walk away, and the internet stayed stable at around 35 Mbps, enough for my work.

I waited outside the hotel with all my luggage for over 50 minutes before anyone showed up. When I called, they said they'd be back in 30 minutes. I finally saw the room, and it was awful: tiny, smelly, and without a window. I booked a room, but the hotel was closed when I arrived and nobody was there. It's cheap, and now I understand why. Don't go.

We told them we'd arrive around 10 pm after making a reservation. When we got there, they were rude and said they were full. They didn't care that we'd booked and just told us to go somewhere else.
