Coming back from Germany married and visiting my family in Medellín made this stay at La Casa del Reloj especially meaningful for my husband and me. We had our own comfortable, private space while still being able to spend time with family. The setting was peaceful and beautiful, in one of the city's best areas, and made getting around easy. The host and team gave us personal attention, were always available, and made sure everything went smoothly. Their care and service were honestly a 10/10. This became part of an important chapter in our lives, and we're grateful for the warmth and comfort. We'd absolutely return and recommend it to anyone wanting a memorable stay in Medellín.

Guests can enjoy privacy while still getting help when they need it, which is a great balance. Casa del Reloj is one of the best luxury apartment stays in Provenza Medellín. The apartments are spacious and fully equipped, with lovely design, private terraces, jacuzzis, and beautiful city views. They're well suited to groups and families who want comfort, privacy, and a high-end experience. The location is hard to beat, steps from top restaurants, cafés, and nightlife, yet the atmosphere remains quiet and exclusive. A great premium choice in Medellín, especially around Provenza.

Nahir has been excellent, and the room service is fantastic. The location is perfect, with a short walk to food, shopping, groceries, and lots of little street-side coffee shops. Whether you're traveling solo or with family, I'd highly recommend it, especially for a first visit to Medellin.

We had a great experience and will definitely come back whenever we visit the city. My husband and I found the hotel peaceful, clean, and fresh inside, with friendly workers and good service. It's close to the best restaurant area, social spots, shopping centers, malls, and main streets, making it easy to get transport or walk around. Even with all that nearby, it didn't disturb our sleep or rest. A nice choice for a group of friends, a romantic escape, or a family trip.
