The apartment looked lovely in the booking pictures, but seeing it in person was even better. Everything was modern and clean, with great facilities, a smart TV, and air conditioning. The relaxing spa bathtub was a nice bonus during my travels, and the secure setup helped it feel like home away from home. There's also a very cute little cafe by reception. Great location, highly recommend!

I had booked two nights but left after the first. I woke up with several bites and intense itching on my neck and arms, and found bed bugs and eggs in room 32-2. Management said a guest two weeks earlier had brought them, then told me I was fine and had no bites. They took no responsibility. Stay away.

Getting a taxi was easy, and check-in was straightforward with no odd rules. The apartment was clean, pleasant, and worked well for a short stay. WiFi was good enough for remote work, though I had some issues. The staff were friendly and doing their best. This was the least awkward hotel experience I had in Medellin, especially recommendable for foreigners.

Atatlanta is about a 10-minute walk from restaurants and Unicentro Mall. I’ve stayed there before and plan to return. Communication before and after the stay was excellent, with fast replies every time, which matters a lot.

Check-in was easy and communication with the great host was smooth. The apartment had everything I needed, and the building felt secure and comfortable. Great location too. I’d definitely stay again.
