I called ahead to ask about hot water and was told they had it. When I arrived, there was none. They said they’d fix it, but after waiting three hours there was still no hot water. I asked to move to another hotel, and they wouldn’t refund my money. I was amazed. This is the first time a hotel has tried to rob me.

It was really noisy and hard to get decent rest. Room 306 was disgusting, with bedbugs and other insects, and they refused to refund my money. In room 402 the bathroom leaked constantly and was a mess, but nobody did anything. I also had to ask for towels, soap, and toilet paper because none were provided automatically. When I contacted the owner, she was rude, hung up, and then wouldn’t answer. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

The service was good, and despite being right in the city center, it stayed quiet at night, so we slept well. Our room had no top sheet, which may just be what I’m used to, but I think one is needed for the blanket. Parking was a hassle, and they should make arrangements with nearby lots.

There are lots of homeless people, and security makes it hard to go out to eat. Still, if you think about it, they’re very good.

The reception service was AWFUL. The rooms are horrible, damp, and the fans don’t work. There’s no bathroom door, and the beds feel like rocks and hammocks. They don’t honor reservations, and while they get your room ready, they charge 30% of the room price just to store your luggage.
