Everything was clean, and the staff were very friendly. The place seems fairly new and well maintained, in a lively, pleasant neighborhood. Still, the photos made it look more spacious than it was. Both the bedroom and bathroom were quite small. We could clearly hear people in the next room watching a movie, so keep in mind it's noisy and sound carries. It's a decent place to stay, though the reception isn't open around the clock.

I had a really enjoyable three-night stay at Roomzz in Laureles. The room was comfortable and very clean, and the staff were attentive and helpful. There are lots of restaurants within walking distance. Music from the bar across the street gets loud in the evening, but earplugs make it manageable.

The bed and pillows were the most comfortable I've found at a hotel, and the room was clean. Roomzz is close to plenty of cafés, stores, and clubs. The staff were all incredibly kind and helpful, which made it an exceptional stay.

Roomzzz was a hit for my wife and me. The room was cozy and recently updated, and the Wi-Fi worked the whole stay, though it wasn't especially fast. The area is fairly quiet but close to restaurants, grocery stores, and other spots, with a mall in walking distance. An Uber to el Poblado was around 3-4 USD. The staff were friendly from check-in through checkout. There's a fee list for things like towels and sheets, but I liked that they were upfront about it.
