I felt calm and at ease in the spacious rooms, which don’t have that cramped hotel setup with a tiny living area and bedroom. The furnishings were high quality, the place was clean, and I was impressed by the kitchen and even the size of the fridge and the ice maker. Booking was easy, and when my flight meant I’d arrive later than expected, the host arranged a way for me to get in. The service was fantastic. It’s in the heart of Medellin, so I could get wherever I needed quickly, and it felt like one of the safest areas to stay. For the price and quality, I’ve never stayed anywhere quite like it. I hope to make Medellin an annual trip, because I’d book here every time.

Luz is helpful and communicative, and the place is great value. I love staying here: it’s spotless, the beds are extremely comfortable, and the kitchen is great. There’s also a brand new washer and dryer, and the location is perfect. Thanks, Luz!

This is my favorite place to stay in Colombia. It’s on a quiet street, with top-tier 100% cotton beds and sheets. The kitchen is the best I’ve found in Colombia for anyone who likes to cook, and every amenity is taken care of. You can walk to everything in Laureles from this perfect location. I’ll be back.

It’s a clean, well-located, very good hotel, but there were several things that could be better. I was there for three nights, and the room wasn’t cleaned during that time except on one day when I happened to run into a staff member. The TV also had some issues. One night, other rooms’ doors kept slamming loudly until midnight. Then on the third night, the air conditioner, which sits above the headboard, leaked.
