The food was good, but the coffee was instant, so that kept it from being five stars. If you're a foreigner, I'd suggest eating inside rather than on the sidewalk, where you may get disturbed.

For a cheap hotel, it's unusual that most rooms have windows. The neighborhood is pretty good too, at least compared with the danger in Centro.

Roaches, and a loud area.

I go there because my grandson studies at the robotics academy. The place looks clean and healthy, and it must be very nice.
