My family and my husband's family stayed here while visiting Medellin for our wedding. The hotel is spacious, and the food is decent, but there were some troubling incidents. We had been told nobody else would enter during our stay, yet one day we came back to find staff showing a couple around. I believe they went into some of the rooms too. Two days after the wedding, someone on staff took the bride's bouquet, which had been hanging in a closet in the room. The manager said they knew nothing about it, the bouquet was never found, and nothing was done. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone who needs their privacy respected. If space matters more and privacy isn't a concern, it might work for you.

If you need somewhere to rest, keep looking. The washing machine is right next to the room, and they ran it from 11 pm to 3 am. There was loud noise all night, and the room felt like a sauna. Really unpleasant.

I found my car mirror had been stolen in broad daylight. When I asked about the security cameras, the receptionist gave me no information. For a hotel in such a nice neighborhood, it felt like they didn't care about guests' vehicles. My visit to Medellín was incredibly boring.

I spent five days at the Laureles location and there was never any cleaning or towel service. The Wi-Fi didn't work at all, and the place looked nothing like the photos. The door had no lock, and the fix they offered was half-baked. The only good part was the service from the girl.

The beds were comfortable, the water was very good, and the hotel is in a quiet neighborhood with a great location. But there was no parking, no TV signal, and no Wi-Fi in the room. Small cockroaches showed up around the bathroom, apparently because of the humidity. Coming back after 11 pm also meant waiting a long time for someone to open the door.
