You can walk to plenty of shops and restaurants from this great location. The beds were comfortable, the Wi-Fi was strong, and there was hot water with excellent shower pressure.

The efficiency apartment was nice, but self check-in was difficult. They required a $75 cash security deposit and didn’t return it. Watch out.

The facilities were pleasant, and our stay was generally comfortable, but the deposit issue left us with a disappointing final impression. At checkout, they said we had to pay for supposed stains on the sheets and towels because they wouldn’t come out: 60,000 for sheets, 30,000 for a body towel, and 15,000 for a hand towel. These were washable items used during an ordinary stay. They kept part of the deposit and said only 95,000 would be returned. As of the date of this review, that money still hasn’t been credited to my account. Deposit rules and return timelines should be clearer. I recommend that future guests check the deposit conditions carefully before staying.

Our six-day stay was pleasant and the place itself was comfortable, but we were charged against our deposit for using the towels and sheets normally. There were three women staying, and we were told the hand towel had makeup on it. It was organic makeup that would come off with a little rubbing, and using towels that way over six days seems normal. Of course they weren’t going to be returned perfectly white and clean. We got back only half the deposit. If you stay here, apparently you’d better avoid using the towels or sleeping on the sheets, or you may be charged for them. On two nights, we also noticed things were somewhere different from where we’d left them, including a water bottle spilled on the floor.
