Inntu Hotel

The location is fantastic, with lots of restaurants within walking distance, plenty to do, and a very safe feel. The room was quiet with a great view, the hotel was clean, and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was okay, especially the coffee and made-to-order omelets, and the shower had good pressure and plenty of space. For what we paid, the value was good. There were plenty of small annoyances, though. The lighting was too dim at night, especially in the bathroom, and the floors and walls looked worn even though they were clean. The bathroom door swings shut on its own. The beds are on wheels and move when you sit on them. The blackout blinds leave gaps at the sides, letting light hit your eyes in the morning; we covered some of the gap with a long shirt hung on a spoke of the sheer blinds. There's no coffee maker in the room. They ran out of towels when we asked for another one, and the replacement towels they brought the next day were damp. There was no tissue box, just little pocket packs. The shower toiletries were tiny plastic shampoo and conditioner bottles and small soap bars. They should switch to refillable large bottles.

The second hotel they moved us to was accommodating, but it wasn't the suite we'd booked, and the whole thing was frustrating after a long travel day. My wife and I reserved a suite at INNTU Hotel through its website for 20/1/26. We were about ten minutes away when they called to check we were still coming. Then, when we arrived just ten minutes later, they gave us a long explanation that we had no booking there. They said the INNTU owners had several nearby hotels and transferred our reservation to another one in the area. Looking back, I'm quite sure they sold our booking to someone else and used the fact that we didn't speak Spanish to get us to accept it. It seemed like a nice hotel, and I wish we'd gotten to stay there.

The location was great, the service good, and breakfast okay, but that's about it. The room was old, the bathroom had mold and smelled horrible, and the bed was hard and small. This place really needs a renovation.

This used to be a great place, but the rules are ridiculous now. If you have a guest or part of your party isn't on the reservation, they'll charge double for the room. These days, the rooftop view seems to be all it's good for.
