Komfort House Premium

We appreciated the 24-hour check-in and breakfast service, and the woman working in the morning was excellent. The room looked nice and the beds were comfortable. That evening, though, the person on duty didn't answer the bell. We were in room 17. The sink drain needs attention because water tends to collect, and the toilet sometimes kept running.

The rooms are lovely, clean, and well organized, and the people were so friendly it was a pleasure being served by them ☺️. You can hear a little outside noise in every room, which is outside the hotel's control, but the place is incredible.

The staff were warm and always ready to help. It's clean, comfortable, and in a good location. I'd definitely recommend staying here, and I'd come back.

I rented a room for a month and wasn't happy with it. The furnished room was the one good point, and the kind cleaning lady would clean once a week if you wanted. She also kept the shared hallway and kitchen clean, but the kitchen sponge wasn't changed during my four weeks there. The kitchen was meant for 12 people. The room had no outdoor access and got extremely hot. Air throughout the building was awful without ventilation, and there was mold in the hallway while I was there; the owner did nothing about it. Outside, there was constant street noise from buses and trucks idling, plus music from neighbors. The balcony was so open that people below could see up, and you had to pay extra to use it. The owner prohibited hanging anything over the railing without warning, apparently for reputational reasons. For what you get, it felt incredibly expensive for this low-income neighborhood.
