Kyux Studios by MOME

I left two days early because I couldn't live with the design problems in my unit at kyux. Bright lights from the building shone through the windows facing the interior common area all night, and there was no way to block them out. A large vent built into the door also carried public area noise straight into the room, so I could clearly hear conversations at reception. Management offered another unit, which acknowledged the problem, but still charged me a cancellation fee even though the room didn't meet basic habitability standards.

Jalo made arrival and checkout easy, with free luggage storage and even someone bringing my bags to the room. They also include weekly cleaning. The building is modern and clean, with 24-hour security, a rooftop gym, and great views. It's well located near cafés, restaurants, and a supermarket.

We stayed two nights with family on a short trip, and the place was just what I expected. Everything we needed was close by, the location is unique. The staff were very friendly, and the person running the apartment was especially kind. I liked it a lot and would definitely recommend it. I'm sure I'll be back soon.

Don't book with Jalo, even through Airbnb, if your plans might need to change. They've kept my money twice. The last time, they said they'd refund the nights I didn't stay, then kept promising for over two months without paying anything back. Really unbelievable and unprofessional.
