Landmark Hotel

The hotel was quiet and in a safe, peaceful part of Poblado, which made my four-night stay even better. In the lobby there are two breakfast options, and Smash was by far my favorite. The staff there were super friendly, the food was great, and it was a nice place to sit, work, and enjoy the atmosphere. The room was spotless, cozy, and well kept. It was cleaned and organized perfectly every day. Before I arrived, the team got in touch to make sure everything was ready. Andy at check-in and the bellboy team made me feel welcome right away. The service stood out throughout my stay. I had one small request, and someone was already at my room helping before I even had a chance to properly ask. I especially want to recognize Andy, Fredy, Edwin, and Julian. Thanks for making me feel at home in Medellín. I'll definitely stay here again next time.

We had a great week here. Our room was unusual, with two levels and two bathrooms. I had a couple of concerns, so instead of calling the front desk, I used the scan code on the back of our key to message them. A manager on duty, Weimar, came by within five minutes. He was very nice, polite, professional, and attentive, and took care of the issues. I'd definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Medellín.

The location made it easy to get around Medellín, with restaurants, nightlife, shopping, and attractions nearby. The rooftop was a highlight: the pool, jacuzzi, and gym were all excellent, and the city views were beautiful. I also appreciated the VIP discount card and the complimentary ticket to the Medellín Museum of Modern Art. From arrival on, the Landmark Hotel team were attentive and professional, and seemed genuinely committed to making the stay great. Celina, Alexander, and everyone at the front desk were kind, responsive, and thoughtful. The security team were welcoming and professional, and helped me feel safe and comfortable. Everything from the amenities and location to the service made this a first-class experience. I highly recommend the Landmark Hotel and will be back on my next trip. Thanks to the whole Landmark team for an unforgettable stay! 😍🫶

The location made getting around easy, with lots of cafés and restaurants close by. I also loved the rooftop pool, which stayed uncrowded even on a weekend afternoon. The hotel feels modern and stylish, especially for younger travelers, and the front desk team spoke and understood English well. We were allowed to check in early if a room was ready, and they even gave us a bag of chocolate when we checked out. I’d happily recommend it to friends visiting Medellín.
