We had a great stay. The hotel is sensational and ideally located near everything. Reception staff were outstanding, friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Highly recommend!

Brand new hotel, really nice, with great staff and employees. The breakfast was excellent, and everything was GREAT. 10++, Jack S.

The balcony view was a lovely bonus, and the room itself was clean and comfortable. We also had outstanding service from both the front desk and restaurant. The hotel sits in a peaceful area near Parque el Poblado, Parque Lleras and plenty of restaurants, so it’s easy to get around without being amid traffic and crowds. We’d stay here again on our next visit.

The kitchen exhaust and outdoor pumps face our building, making constant noise and pushing cooking smells into our apartments. This hotel opened without regard for the neighbors. Future guests should know it’s disturbing the people who live next door.

They’re taking reservations even though the hotel isn’t finished or open, then sending guests to one of their other hotels. I absolutely wouldn’t recommend it.
