The room was clean and the staff seemed sympathetic, but they couldn't resolve the water problems or offer compensation. The shower head barely worked and the pressure was unusable; after we reported it, the maintenance man fixed the head. Then hot water was out for five of the seven days we stayed. We asked management to speak with us, but nobody showed up at checkout, and they didn't respond with any care after several messages. We don't recommend this property.

The building's amenities were comfortable, the staff were kind, and the area felt quite safe. A mall is only three minutes away, and there's a public transport stop a couple of meters from the property, though most places aren't really walkable and are more of a drive. One thing to be aware of: cleaning isn't included, even for longer stays.

The staff were awesome, and there are loads of places to eat within walking distance, including a really good, cheap option on the corner. The rooms are simple but had everything we needed. We had to move fast from another Airbnb after constant internet problems started hurting our business, and Metropolitan Living's wifi was insanely fast. We were sad to leave and would stay here again and again. Highly recommend.
