We stayed four nights at Nido, and Sergio made check-in easy. He was great, and kept checking whether we needed anything. We were in Unit 15, and we're Canadians. My favourite part was sitting by the window. The apartment was spacious, and the rooftop view was amazing, especially at night. My hubby tried the gym, which has a full bar rack, weights, and a bike. We also liked being able to walk to Provenza, with so many cute cafes nearby in Poblado. We made our own breakfasts, and the kitchen had what we needed. A few things could use an update: there was no mirror in the main bathroom, the cooking knives were chipped and very dull, and the bath and shower drained exceptionally slowly. To fill the bath, I had to move the shower curtain to make a slide, because otherwise the spout was too short, as shown in the photo. The roof's sun loungers also looked very old, so I didn't use them, see photo. There was construction every day from 7am onward, with lots of buildings going up. We had earplugs, but I still struggled a bit, so light sleepers should keep that in mind. Aside from those issues, we loved our stay. :)

Sergio greeted us late at night with lots of charm and showed us around our space. The customer service was impeccable. We had a wonderful stay at Nido Sky, with upscale, swanky, cool decor and a perfect spot next to restaurants, shops, and a park. The oversized tub was a bonus, as was the shower's hot water and amazing pressure.

After full days out sightseeing, it was easy to relax in this spotless, comfortable space that was beautifully maintained. The host was welcoming, attentive, and quick to respond, so everything felt smooth and stress-free. We spent three amazing nights in Medellín, and the place was exactly as described, if not better. The attention to detail stood out. The location was convenient and felt safe, with easy access to exploring the city and going out to eat. We really enjoyed our time and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend for a visit to Medellín. This place made our trip even more memorable. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The apartment is really nice, and the location is very good. I enjoyed the amazing Roman bathtub with my wife and baby. The first staff member was so friendly, though the second one not so much.
