The employees are great, but management is so cheap they won’t even replace the fire alarm batteries. Don’t waste your time here. There’s a better place across the street.

My mother and I rested very well here. It has free, secure parking, good Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a family-friendly atmosphere. Reception staff were very friendly, and the service was excellent. There are signs against drug use and a fine for smoking. At 50,000 pesos per couple, it didn’t seem expensive to me. It’s also well located for shopping and restaurants. I highly recommend it.
