The breakfast was delicious and changed every day, and the hotel is in a great, walkable area. The rooms had plenty of space, but they were loud because of the rooftop bar and the stairs right beside them. We never got replacement towels, and one night there was fighting and loud screaming at 4am. The workers were incredible and very accommodating. We moved to the second floor because of the noise, and they helped us out. Sebastian gave great customer service, and Michaell was an incredible bartender on the rooftop. If you want a fun atmosphere with music every night, this is your place.

The staff were always there with a smile, even though we asked them something different every day, in person or on WhatsApp, about an organized tour, merchandise, a hairdryer, opening hours, and more. The bed was the most comfortable of the seven hotels I stayed at in Colombia. The location was great, with coffee spots within walking distance and a short drive to other major sights. The bar and breakfast were great too. We stayed four nights in a double room with two double beds, and I’d definitely book again.

The industrial design really suited me: wood-like floors, exposed brick, a metal ceiling with visible pipes and wiring, and a small fridge. Our room was a comfortable size with a queen bed, very clean, and cool. The hotel is in an area full of lively restaurants. Staff were super friendly and helpful, and their suggestion for where to eat made for a good time. Somos is worth staying at and reasonably priced. Enjoy!

The staff were very nice and the breakfast was excellent. I’d give it a solid five stars, except we were on the ninth floor with a rooftop bar two floors above us. It’s a nice bar, but the music blasted until 2am Thurs - Sat. If you want to sleep before 2am on those nights, I’d suggest another hotel.

The reception team were warm, professional, and always ready to help, which made the stay memorable. The hotel has an unbeatable location, close to everything you need. Fantastic place, highly recommend!
