I’ve never had such bad communication with a hotel. There was nobody at the front desk, so everything had to go through WhatsApp. When I asked about the non-resident VAT exemption, the owner ignored the question and didn’t look into it. Also, expect to be called “bro” a lot.

We had a great time. Everything was excellent.

It’s a really nice spot for the price, and everyone was incredibly friendly and attentive. There’s a little noise, but it didn’t stop me from sleeping. The location is a 10/10, with loads of food nearby, a great bar and nightclub area, and several tours starting just one block away. Thanks so much for everything. We hope to come back soon. 👍🏼❤️🇲🇽😎

I loved how private and intimate the hotel felt. Even though it’s in a nightlife area, it was quiet and peaceful inside, and the staff were very friendly. Everything was impeccable, from the entrance to the room. One thing that could be improved is having a shared bathroom for guests who arrive before check-in, since they can only use the bathroom in their room. There’s a café downstairs where you can use the restroom if you buy something. The location is a 10/10, with lots of places to eat and supermarkets nearby if you want to cook. Tourist attractions are close too, so taxis are very affordable, and the metro is just three blocks away.
