Careful, this hotel is a scam. The website advertises fake room rates. You pay, then they say you don't have a reservation. Big scam.

A decent option for the price.

The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the location is excellent. Good service, and the breakfasts are delicious with a nice variety. Breakfast service takes a long time, though, so they could use more kitchen staff. The pool music could also be louder.

The pool is nice, but the food was awful. The place has a newer section and an older one that isn't very comfortable, so check which room you're being given before you go. The pictures they're selling can be misleading.

The rooms were clean and acceptable, but the service was terrible in every other way. Viviana was the exception. They need to improve the service across the board.
