The staff who look after the property are excellent, but the owner arrives acting arrogant and rude. The pool was dirty, the grill was broken, and when she was told, she replied, “Too bad, take it or leave it.” There wasn’t potable water, or even napkins and soap in the rooms. The towels were in poor shape, and the cutlery and plates were terrible. The contract says one service will be provided, but the reality is the complete opposite. She makes threats on camera, responds like a woman, and calls the police to threaten guests and have them evicted before the contracted time is up. What a rude woman.

Luz, the manager, was lovely throughout our stay, but the owner gave poor service. The kitchen was badly equipped, with no decent cutlery or dishes. Bats had infested the rooms, the bunk bed was bent and in terrible shape, and there wasn’t even soap in the bathrooms.

It’s a very quiet property in a good location, but the service fell short. The lady wasn’t especially attentive to the guests.

There was nothing to eat or drink, and they made us leave early. The bathrooms were in bad shape too. We paid for a service, but the attention was very poor, and management seemed interested only in the money, with no customer service skills. A bad experience.

It’s frustrating that a hotel farm has no properly equipped kitchen, with no pots, knives, or spoons. Water is scarce, and there aren’t TVs in the rooms.
