Hotel Arrayanes del Quindio

We’ll come back. The hotel’s colonial style suits the region, and they take good care of the grounds, especially the garden. The staff were very friendly, the room was clean, and the warm pools are available at night too, which I recommend trying. The restaurant food was delicious and well priced. It’s close to parque del café, which is worth visiting.

There’s plenty to do here: walk through the coffee fields, play in the game room, or spend time by the pool and hot tub. The property has a rustic, comfortable feel and its own coffee farm. Rooms are very large but simple, and the beds are comfortable enough. You can even get a room for 10 people if needed. Restaurant service was great, with good local food.

We loved it here. The room was nice, and the hotel is super close to all the towns.

The staff work really hard, including the restaurant team, and customer service was wonderful. They care a lot about guests and go out of their way to help. Edwardo and Jenet were extremely helpful, as was Daniel at the bar by the swimming pool. The hotel isn’t fancy, but prices are very reasonable. The jacuzzi is warm and nice, though you need to reserve a one-hour slot in advance. There’s no air conditioning, just fans, but we were comfortable during our July visit. The restaurant serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner until 8pm, and breakfast is included. Highly recommend, and I’d come back. Thank you.
