Fortunately, I found a much nicer hotel with excellent customer service, but the experience here was a disgrace to the people of Quindío. I had booked and paid in November 2022, then arrived on January 3rd. No one called me that day. They told me over WhatsApp that I had to leave, giving an excuse nobody believes. Such a lack of professionalism, seriousness, and respect for guests. I hope others think twice before choosing this place and risking a nasty surprise that could ruin their trip or vacation.
6/10
We only came for the coffee tour, so I can't comment on the hotel. The staff were really friendly, but the tour itself needs a lot of work. It was supposed to last 3.5 hours and barely reached 2, with about half of that time spent on things other than coffee.

The farm is in a lovely natural setting where you can get away from your routine, and it's conveniently placed for #Parquedecafé and other nearby tourist spots. The rooms were very comfortable and clean, and everyone there was incredibly attentive and kind. The reception area looked completely abandoned, nothing like the property itself. I don't even know whether the apartments existed. I had booked an apartment, but on arrival Mr. Jorge said it had problems and moved me to Brugmansia Hotel instead. The place was very low quality: the kitchen and wet areas were dirty and ugly, there was no Wi-Fi or TV, and the first day there wasn't any hot water. I thought it was the worst.

The food was unparalleled, and the hotel is beautiful, with a design that really suits relaxing. The place is spectacularly comfortable. I highly recommend it.
