The breakfast was good, and the rooms were small but clean, with air conditioning, a fan, and a TV. Parking was included in the price. It’s in a quiet part of downtown Montería, a good fit for a business trip or short visit. Taxis make it easy and inexpensive to get around, and parking is available.

The rooms themselves are comfortable, which makes the rest especially frustrating. Check-in isn’t allowed before 3 pm, so arriving at 10 am means waiting out on the street or paying an extra 20,000 to get in. The parking area is small, and they woke me to move my car. I had booked two rooms, but the next day they said they weren’t available anymore without checking whether I planned to stay. When I asked the receptionist to explain the amount she was charging, she told me that next time I should pay day by day to avoid these problems. That was the last straw.

The beds are comfortable, but the en-suite bathroom less so. It’s not very spacious, though it works for a night. Breakfast was good.
