We got there at night and found the hotel empty, with nobody at reception, despite having booked through [link unavailable]. Because an event had made rooms hard to find, we ended up taking several taxis to look for somewhere else. It was a really disappointing experience. Make sure you check availability before arriving. Photo attached. BEWARE WHEN BOOKING THIS HOTEL. IT'S A SCAM! We made a reservation through [link unavailable] and arrived to find the hotel completely empty and unattended. There was nobody at reception. With a local event causing a shortage of rooms, we had to take several taxis to search for alternative accommodation. Always confirm availability before you arrive. After a long trip, we arrived at 7 pm and only then were told about extra charges of 50,000 pesos plus taxes, which were higher than the Booking.com receipt. We'd called two days earlier to confirm the reservation and nobody mentioned them. The woman sent rude, disrespectful voice messages and after an hour still offered no solution. A terrible experience. Avoid the hassle and DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL.

I had a really bad four-night stay. The hotel is very run down. I booked ahead, but there was no room when I arrived, so they put me in one where the air conditioner was extremely noisy. They moved me to another room, but its bathroom was blocked, and they didn't fix it until the following day. The laundry service mixed up my clothes with someone else's. When I finally got everything back, a pair of socks was missing, and they charged me for washing the very socks they'd lost. On the last morning the water went off early. There are no backup tanks. Because of work I couldn't change hotels sooner, and when I came back that night the water still hadn't been fixed. They were offering buckets of water to each room, so I had to find another hotel late that night.

I stayed four nights for work, and this was one of the worst hotel experiences I've had in a long time. There was no water on the first day, with no warning after check-in. The next day they knocked and left breakfast without saying a word: two eggs and two badly presented rolls, or sugary juice. The parking used to be behind the hotel when the previous owners or managers ran it. Now it's two blocks away, and the walk is a little dark at night. I also had to pay the taxes and fees by card for work records, but there was no card reader. I was practically forced to send the payment to an individual's Nequi account. I've attached photos of the buckets they expected us to use for bathing, brushing our teeth, and getting water. The issue still hadn't been solved. A terrible stay. I'll never come back or recommend it.

The facilities are dated, and I still hadn't received my bill three days later. Breakfast gets brought to the room, but I couldn't choose a delivery time because the phone wasn't working. I also needed to leave at 6:30 am one day, but nobody was there to let me out. I ended up leaving on my own at 7:00. Terrible.
