For the price and location, it's okay, though there are better choices. The rooms feel old and dated, the toilet is awkwardly placed, and the fan doesn't cool the room enough. An air-conditioned room might be better, but I wouldn't come back.

The service was excellent, and the rooms are comfortable for a good price. The attention was 10/10.

The damp rooms, dirty beds and bathrooms, and unhygienic amenities made this a terrible hotel. We asked to change rooms, and they said they'd move another guest out of the room they were using to give it to us. The lack of hygiene was obvious throughout. The people in charge seemed more concerned about money 🫰 than guests' well-being, and said they wouldn't issue refunds.

I came on a work trip and liked this place more than many others in downtown Montería. The hotel is lovely, very comfortable, and excellent value for money. Kelly was so nice and her service was great. I recommend it.

I liked it. It's a nice, clean, welcoming place, and the destination is good.
